Shreveport-Bossier ALWAYS has a bunch of cool stuff going on. And in case you haven't heard, there's a festival coming up in Shreveport-Bossier that's REALLY going to bring the heat - SBC Pepper Fest. Pepper Fest is going down at the Remington Garage Downtown on August 22nd.

Now, you may be thinking "What is SBC Pepper Fest?" Well...the name kind of says it all. SBC Pepper Fest is a celebration of all things spicy and hot. You'll be able to buy fresh peppers, hot sauces, and seasonings you can't get anywhere else. There's going to be original art, home goods, and all sorts of other good for sale. There's a Pepper Eating Contest, a Kids Gummy Worm Eating Contest, Live Music, Food trucks, cornhole, and a whole lot more.

In short, it's going to be an awesome all-day party that's family friendly and fun. But, don't worry - the food may be extra hot, but there will be indoor AC to cool things down when you need it.
