2011 Vendor Profile – Essence of Life

Are you getting excited for Beartrap Summer Festival? The bears behind the scenes thought we would share with you some information about the Beartrap Festival vendors to give you an idea of all the great stuff we have in store for you this year. We will be featuring a new vendor in each post, so make sure you keep an eye on the website at all times!

This year we are welcoming back Essence of Life – the big red bus!

Essence of Life is a locally owned business. Owner, Jay Reece has had a love of cooking for over 20 years. Mr. Reece holds an Associates degree in Culinary Arts, as well as 20 years experience in cooking.

Essence of Life will be cooking up a great menus this year.

You can look forward to: gyros, shrimp wraps, baklava, muffulettas, falafels, and Greek salads.
