A quick rundown on how we sell the tickets for the Beartrap Summer Festival. The week of the festival we will be selling advance Pepsi Festival tickets for $10 off the regular price at a select number of locations from 4:00-6:00pm. After those are done you will be able to purchase your tickets at the Box Office up on Casper Mountain at the Beartrap Meadow.
The Pepsi Festival Pass is $45.00 per person ($35.00 for seniors)
Pepsi Festival Pass Locations and Times:
August 2nd - East side Safeway – 4:00pm – 6:00pm
August 3rd – East side Albertson’s – 4:00pm – 6:00pm
August 4th – West side Albertson’s – 4:00pm – 6:00pm
August 5th – West Side Smith’s – 4:00 – 6:00pm
Starting on Saturday August 6th will have tickets available at the box office up on Beartrap Meadow.
Box Office tickets:
Weekend Pass: $50.00 ($40 for seniors)
Saturday ONLY: $25.00 ($20.00 for seniors)
Sunday ONLY: $30.00 ($25.00 for seniors)
Kids (7 -12): $5.00 per day
Kids 6 and under: FREE
Beartrap Down The Mountain
This is a separate event on Saturday night featuring some of our artists who are playing up on the mountain. This is a good chance for those who might not be able to make it up the mountain to see some of this year’s bands. Or if you’re just a bluegrass junkie like us, this is a chance to keep the party going. This show is going to be downtown at the Attic, above the Wonder Bar. Alcohol will be served at this event, only people 21 and older may attend. So make sure you make babysitter arrangements!
This event is going to be limited to the first 307 people who purchase tickets. So make sure you buy tickets early. The tickets are on sale now, ticket locations are included below.
