BBQ and Dogs! 2011 Vendor Profiles
You can always count on two things when it comes to the Beartrap Summer Festival:
1) Good music
2) Good food
To keep those promises were introducing The Pyro Pit, a mobile catering business bringing us mouth watering BBQ. And we’re bringing back a festival favorite, The Dog House!
The Pyro Pit
The Pyro Pit will be making their inaugural trip to the Beartrap Summer Festival this year. Oh boy are the Bears excited for this one! The Pyro Pit is a mobile catering business that specializes in the fine art of BBQ! The BBQ geniuses at The Pyro Pit are going to be serving up all the classics: pulled pork, brisket sandwiches, and their world famous pork ribs. But it doesn’t stop there, all this delicious BBQ is accompanied by the necessary side dishes. The Pyro Pit is happy to offer baked beans, cole slaw, and chips. As well as your choice of Iced Tea or bottle water to wash it all down.
The Dog House
Coming back for their third year, The Dog House offers up some of the best dogs these bears have ever gotten their paws on. Always a favorite with the kids, they offer up a wide variety of yummy foods. Their menu is going to include Hot Dogs, Corn Dogs, Nachos, Frito Pies, Popsicles, and Cotton Candy. So when your stomach starts growling, look for the Dog House up on the meadow. They will be sure to satisfy that grumble and do it with a smile!
