The ‘Bear Club’, A VIP Ticket Benefiting Wyo Vets
The Bear Club - Something new this year at Beartrap Summer Music Festival.
It's a V-I-P section designed to give festival goers a way to treat themselves with proceeds benefiting Wyoming Veterans through the Chance Phelps Foundation.
Townsquare Media's, Bob Price, says tickets for the Bear Club, V-I-P area, are $125 bucks with proceeds channeled back to Wyoming military and their families.
"And what that includes is a gourmet box lunch, a couple of coupons for beverages, cause there will be hosted beverages, and in addition to that, parking, cause, ya know, parking is kind of at a premium up there."
The Chance Phelps Foundation was established in honor of 19-year-old soldier from Dubois, PFC, Chance Phelps, who's story was captured in the film "Taking Chance".
The foundation honors veterans and active military by coordinating assistance, hosting events, including week-long mountain camps, for soldiers and their families.
