Don't let the name fool you, The 23 String Band ain't no classical orchestra. Combining all sorts of different stringed instruments, 23 also has some very unique voices that adds to this very one of a kind folk-esque band.

As his namesake might suggest, The Reverend Peyton and his Big Damn Band took the crowd at Beartrap Summer Festival 2011 to church on Saturday.

It's just over a week until Memorial Day and the unofficial kick-off to our summer.  Let the barbeques, ball games, fun, sun, and sunburns, begin! Don't forget that the Beartrap Summer Music Festival is August 6th and 7th, with an all-star lineup that includes Grammy Award-winning Taj Mahal, The Long Road Home, Boulder Acoustic Society, Spring Creek, and many, many more.
