If You’re A Comic Convention Fan In The Ark-La-Tex, Check This Out

Geeks in the Ark-La-Tex have been able to enjoy Geek'd Con, Shreveport's comic con, for the last 5 years. Many geeks have caught the comic con bug now, and are looking to expand their convention experiences. If you find yourself in that position, might we suggest a road trip to Huntsville, Alabama?

We already talked a little bit before about why checking out the Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture is a great idea, but we've got some more news on the show.

The guest lineup in Huntsville is already super impressive, with comic book legend Chris Claremont, Star Trek stars Gates McFadden & Marina Sirtis, pro wrestling legend Glenn "Kane" Jacobs. But this week the show announced one of our personal favorites, a friend of Geek'd Con in Shreveport, Joey Fatone will be joining their lineup!

Fatone, probably best known as a member of *NSYNC, has become a multimedia star over his career. On the big screen, Fatone was in the My Big Fat Greek Wedding series, on TV he's hosted shows from The Singing Bee to Food Network's Rewrapped, and has even competed on TV reality game shows. He got second place on Dancing With the Stars, and became a fan favorite as The Rabbit on The Masked Singer.

If you met Fatone back in 2017 when he came to Shreveport for Geek'd Con, you know how quickly you can become his friend. If you missed out on that chance, now you can make it up by making the day trip to Huntsville to meet him!
