Dawson’s Creek and Riverdale Star Coming To Shreveport

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, is coming back to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 2024 Geek'd Con will take place August 16th, 17th, and 18th, at the Shreveport Convention Center. This year, one of the stars of the iconic TV series Dawson's Creek will be joining the festivities in Shreveport.

Kerr Smith, who portrayed the groundbreaking character Jack McPhee in over 130 episodes of Dawson's Creek, will be coming to Shreveport.

But its not just Dawson's Creek fans who will be happy to see Kerr. Fans of the show Riverdale will also be excited to meet Mr. Honey at Geek'd Con in Shreveport.

But its not just television dramas that Kerr excels at. He's also appeared in horror classics as well. Including appearing in the cult classic Final Destination as Carter Horton. A role that made a second appearance in the franchise, even if it was archived footage. He also struck horror gold in the revival of My Bloody Valentine, with My Bloody Valentine 3D in 2009. He also appeared in the underground horror movie The Forsaken in 2001.

Kerr has also had recurring roles in the shows Charmed, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Riverdale, and CSI NY. While having main roles in shows like Justice, Life Unexpected, E-Ring, and The Fosters.
