Halden Wofford and the Hi*Beams

As if two days of live music weren't enough, the folks who are bringing you Beartrap Summer Festival 2012 decided that you deserved a little extra. Because of this, they decided to put on their 2nd Annual Down From The Mountain show at The Attic. This year, Casper's own Dang Ol' Boys performed alongside Halden Wofford and the Hi Beams(who played earlier in the day at Beartrap)to a raucous crowd. R

I love this band. They're fun, energetic, passionate and talented. Oh! Also, they yodel. I love yodeling. It's probably my favorite thing in the world. If ya don't believe me, check out these videos and tell me that you don't want to learn how to yodel immediately.

I think my favorite state for bands is Colorado. Some of the greatest bands I've ever heard have come from the Rocky Mountains. Halden Wofford and the Hi Beams is a perfect example of this. This band blends honky tonk, rock and bluegrass seamlessly and the best part about them is that they really seem to have fun when they're playing. Oh! Also, they yodel.
