This year's Beartrap Summer Festival features an entirely new layout. If you weren't able to check it out, you can take a walk through the festival right here!
When you hear these girls play, it becomes obvious that they are no strangers to their instruments. They've been playing since the age of four, as a matter of fact. Kinda makes my rudimentary version of chopsticks look even more silly than previously thought.
It's true. good things often come in small packages, as was evidenced by the performance from Ana, Rachel & Friends on the Beartrap stage Sunday morning. It's so great to see these young ladies make such amazing music!
When you think of Barbershop harmony, the word "quartet" usually comes to mind. Not so with the Oil City Slickers, the all-male Barbershop Harmony group from Casper. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Just show up with a heart for God and for song.
Perhaps best known for their performance of Richie Valens' La Bamba, Los Lobos (Spanish for "The Wolves") have been performing together for over 40 years. With multiple Grammy awards in their collective prize closets, it's no surprise that this class act can still rock just as hard today as when they first recorded in 1977.
Big Daddy Love made sure to bring their signature energy to the meadow. If there is a more perfect act to play before headliners Los Lobos, we're stumped.
Big Daddy Love was the perfect act to go ahead of headlining act Los Lobos. Their bluegrass/soul/rockabilly sound definitely left the audience feeling the love.
